Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely! We regularly provide one off services, the most common being workplace physiotherapy for a corporate event. We also do a lot of 'one-off' ergonomic assessment days to ensure you are meeting DSE standards.

  • Yes! We have qualified first aid instructors as well as qualified mental health first at work instructors. Get in touch to find out how much it would cost. We can train your staff in emergency first aid at work (we offer level 1-3 training which is either a 1 or 3 day course). We can also train your chosen staff members in mental health at work levels 1-3. All courses are regulated protrainings courses, and participants will get certificate proof of completion.

  • Yes, we offer a range of different workshops targeted at staff, managers and directors. This includes subjects such as Mental Health First Aid, Mindfulness, Workplace Ergonomics, Physiotherapy Drop-In Sessions. All include the option of food as well (Breakfast, lunch or snacks) for an added bonus!

  • Workshop’s range from 30 minutes to 3 hours, get in touch if you would like to find out more.

  • This will be dependent on the service and the company size. Our services are tailored to the company, please get in touch if you would like to find out more and we can develop a quote for you. Equally, if it is a workshop you are after, please let us know where you are based and we can get a quote to you ASAP. The Deloitte Mental Health in the Workplace Report (2022) found that in the UK, staff sickness and presenteeism (being unwell at work) costs companies on average £1652 per employee. This same report found that poor mental health costs UK employers up to £56 billion per year nationally. We believe investing in the health and wellbeing of your staff will always pay off in the long run.
